DDoS Protection

DDoS Protection prevents attackers from overwhelming a website or server with too much fake traffic so that real users can still access it normally.

What is DDOS Attack?

A Denial-of-Service (DoS) attack is a type of cyberattack that attempts to make a server, website, or network unavailable to its intended users. This is usually done by sending a large number of unnecessary or malicious requests to the target system. As the system becomes overloaded with traffic, it cannot properly handle legitimate user requests. As a result, the service may become slow, disrupted, or completely inaccessible.

A Distributed Denial-of-Service (DDoS) attack occurs when a large amount of traffic is sent to a server or network from multiple sources at the same time. This makes it difficult to block the attack because the traffic comes from many different locations. The overwhelming requests can disrupt normal services and prevent legitimate users from accessing the system. Such attacks are often aimed at important online services like banking websites or payment gateways.
